Hey Celine! Stamping is easy once you get the hang of it! You have to work super quick, and while I don't have Rooney, I've heard that it's pretty thin/watery so I wouldn't try stamping with it. You need to use a super opaque polish, like Julep Brandt. A good rule of thumb is if it's a one-coater, it's good to stamp with.
